Stair:

Why are the stairs so wide?

Roof:
No need for 2 plumbing vents between the restrooms. 1 will do.

Ramp:
Why is the 30" landing so deep?

Thanks much Sparky83,

Stair:

Why are the stairs so wide?
Drafting mistake... supposed to draw 4-8", 56" (48" clear + 4" each side ), but seems I drew 5-8" instead. Thanks for spotting out.

Roof:
No need for 2 plumbing vents between the restrooms. 1 will do.
Thanks. I hope this is not a major error?
I assumed plumbing vents must be 6" distance from fixture so I put two vent to be safe.

Ramp:
Why is the 30" landing so deep?
I was trying to address the code "if ramp change direction in landings, the least dimension shall be 60 inches". Am I correct, this code is not applicable at this landing?

Not an error. Just pointing out a fact.

Within 6 feet is good practice.

Of course it's applicable, but the existing floor area counts.
