Sorry to hear that. My videos have instant access and based on reviews, I'm sure they're better anyway.

Typically you receive an email about 24HRS later, if not sooner, like you mentioned. Did you check your spam? They were super responsive when I contacted them, so email them right away! They also have a troubleshooting/Q&A sheet in their emails.

I have not had this issue before and I have purchased their Exam Prep for 3 exams. Good Luck!

That is so strange. You emailed them at support@architectexamprep.com, correct? You have their email with the links to the study guide and everything right? gosh, I am not sure what else you can do, but keep trying!

You should only have to email them, subject line BDCS OMCES 30 day access or Video Vignette and in the body. Email them again and include your payment confirmation email. Also explain to them you sent them an email at whatever date you sent it to them. If you don't get a reply, there should be a way to contact them on their website.

You can always add Coach's videos for more study solutions/help after reviewing Exam prep's stuff....
