Vignette study

Everyone,

Just wanted to share that for me the best way to get through the vignettes was two ways. I either used Coach (of course) or ARE Advisor for 4.0. With a few hours over the weekends and some time during the week it put me in a good spot to pass. I found that for some vignettes, Coach was golden but others ARE Advisor helped more for some reason. Obviously go with what works for you but they saved a lot of confusion.
