Roof 3.1 - 1st Try

Roof 3.1

1. If the chimney sits at the ridge of the high roof, does it still need crickets?
2. I read some posts about the downspout and suggestion is that one at each end of gutter is adequate. Is it still true if I have a super long gutter (let's say 40')?

Thank you!

1. If the chimney sits at the ridge of the high roof, does it still need crickets? No it doesn't need a cricket since the water is flowing away from the chimney.
2. I read some posts about the downspout and suggestion is that one at each end of gutter is adequate. Is it still true if I have a super long gutter (let's say 40')? I've been told that it is adequate.

Best of Luck.
