RAMP - Please review!

Thank you for peer reviewing!

One question I had was does the railing have to be drawn in segments where they bend? Or should it be drawn continuously regardless of elevation?

Rails have no elevation. This isn't revit.

Egress narrows at base of stair.
Stop landing rails at extension when at walls or adjacent to higher surface.

Coach,

Can you explain what you mean by "egress narrows at the base of stair." I have seen you mention this comment on a number of examples but I am confused as the stair dimension matches the ramp dimension?

Stair and ramp widths have no bearing on each other.
Egress width must be maintained along each path. In this example, the distance from end of west stair rail to north wall is less than overall stair width, which is a violation. And since stair can be 44" wide, it's a self-imposed problem.
