I'm not sure about below things, if the space is very tight, which could be given up.. Thanks!

1. If door swing into landing, should not block 1/2 of required width, does the required width means stair width 56"? Or required width means landing width 60"? Any diagram to help explain this code?
2. Does all the intermediate landing needs to have 60" clearance for wheel chair turn around?
3. Does the handrail needs to be away from door maneuvering space?

Stair.

2. Does all the intermediate landing needs to have 60" clearance for wheel chair turn around?

Do you see anything about a turn around in the code?

3. Does the handrail needs to be away from door maneuvering space?

Only rail mounted on door wall may encroach.

Looks good.
