Roof
No reason not to use min allowable slopes.
Upper roof is higher than necessary.
Ramp
Eliminate inaccessible gap.
Hold rails 2" off walls and edges.
Stair
Rails should go to cut line.
At op landing, CFA should be clear of rails at southwest.

Coach for the ramp if i widen it to get rid of the gap I have to make all of the ramps the same widths (wider than 44") correct?

Would this ramp work? Landings are 60x60 and the ramps are 44" same with stair.

Yes. Can't reduce width in direction of egress travel.
