Sajjad Stair and Ramp. Coach I have questions

Please see attached my attempt for Sajjad stair and Ramp Vignette. Comments are appreciated.
Coach when we use 44" width stair I assume the top landing where the change of level happens need to be 5' wide right? '
Also we can keep the 44" for all the ramp width even when we have 180 degree turn as long as we make landings wider and provide 60" turning circle within handrails?

I realize the software doesn't allow for negative elevations, but your elevations make no sense.
