It appears as though the egress width of your stair narrows from 5’ at the bottom of the stair to less than 5’ between the end of the stair railing extensions and the face of the north wall. You may have to either turn the west 12” railing extension 90 degrees counter-clockwise, or use a more narrow stair width so that the egress width in the path of travel does not diminish. My $0.02.
“Stairways shall not reduce in width in the direction of egress travel.”
