questions:
1. the roof height is 1" off , will it cost a fail on the exam day?
2. these two roof slopes (6:12 on the left and right ) are showing on a different level. something wrong with the way how I draw them?
3. do the gutter is movable? I picked the move tool but can't select gutter....

That happens sometimes and should be within tolerance, but you should also double check your drawing.

Nothing to worry about.

3. do the gutter is movable? I picked the move tool but can't select gutter....

Gutters can be difficult. It's best to save them for last and zoom in tight. If you make a mistake, use undo before moving on.
If you need to move/adjust, you must pick an insertion point.
