alt 3.1 roof

Is there a program for it? I could not find so used 4.0 program as Coach mentions to do. The clerestory, unsure where to put it, I placed opposite the chimney as in 4.0.
Thanks for looking and please let me know if you see anything off

Now with correct program :) thanks Coach!
I almost exited having upper roof too low for clerestory, but caught that. Hopefully all good now! Please comment

It's still too low.

Missing exhaust.
Too many skylights.
Why is there a cricket?
Clerestory must be entirely within programmed room.
Place clerestory in wall.
No reason not to use min allowable slopes.

Oh my, that was a long list! Having reread, I see now I got these wrong :/

I now see all my mistakes but only don't see how the upper roof is too low for clerestory. I purposefully kept the slopes same as before just moved the tag. I have 3' from the lower to upper and clerestory is 30". I'm must be missing something - why is upper too low?
