ramp vignette - kindly please comment

hi coach.... and anyone who may be so kind to help
hope you don't mind looking at mine and see if this eems ok...?

questions:
1. since minimum required width is 44" for the ramp and the staircase, with the handrail on both sides 4" (x2), does this mean ramp and stairs minimum width should be 44"+4"+4"=52"....?
or since it says projection is allowed for handrails, then 44" is enough (inclusive of the 4"x2 handrail)?

2. i used part of the existing exit corridor to accomodate the 5'x5' space - is this ok?

3. this leads to the railing of the first ramp (from level 30" to 26") to turn 90 degree at the corer of the corridor wall, is this ok?

4. is there a minimum dimension to the landing of the staircase - ie. 44"?

5. if the railing of the last ramp (left of image) extends beyond the exit corridor, this parti of ramps would not work as it would be obstructing the existing exit corridor, right?

many many many thanks!

No.

Yes.

2. i used part of the existing exit corridor to accomodate the 5'x5' space - is this ok?

Yes.

3. this leads to the railing of the first ramp (from level 30" to 26") to turn 90 degree at the corer of the corridor wall, is this ok?

Yes.

4. is there a minimum dimension to the landing of the staircase - ie. 44"?

Egress width narrows at bottom of stair. Distance from end of west rail to north wall must be no less than overall stair width.

5. if the railing of the last ramp (left of image) extends beyond the exit corridor, this parti of ramps would not work as it would be obstructing the existing exit corridor, right?

Right.

thank you coach!
i have a question on the width of the staircase/ramp (which also applies for stair vignette).
if 44" width includes 4"+4" handrail on the two sides, then how come people (not sure if you also say) that in the stair vignette that the total width of stair case should be 4"+48"+4" = 56" (48" width for the min req. from AOR)?
thank you so much!!

That's your first mistake. The ramp code has nothing to do with the stair vignette and vice versa.

Read the code. See where it says "clear" ?
