My first attempt and any feedback would be helpful

I strongly recommend using cut stair.
If you insist on drawing o n one level, the entire solution must be on the upper level.
CFAs start at hinge, not wall; therefore, top landing is likely too small.
Are you drawing sloped rail independent of level rails? If so, don't.

Coach meant, i think,the clearance for accessibility - ie. the turning circle.
it took me a long while to figure this out, but the wheelchair can only turn around with a clear 60" circle so you cannot account for the gap between the wall and the door at the top landing (assuming the rectangle represent the 5'x5' square)

For this very reason as well that Coach says to use cut stairs - because if you project this back to 2F plan, you will see the square overlap with the door.

Can you please clarify.

The maneuvering space required by code. Pull side required 24" to left of door. If you draw the rectangle from the corner you won't have that.

And what does that have to do with the stair vignette?
