-ramp width 5'-0" for quick drafting . does this work.

New ramp should not obstruct existing egress width. Maintain until both ramp and stair are accessible. East side of stair causes a similar problem, along with a missing rail to boot.
Missing extensions.
Hold rails 2" off walls and edges.
