Do you have too many risers on the lowest portion of the stair? It looks like you have 4 but it's hard to tell.

Are you allowed to have different riser heights in the different runs of the stair? I know the code says you must have uniform height in any "flight" - does that mean the entire stair or just within each segment?

1. What about the first image handrail by the janitor closet door. You need 12" on the push side of that door. Does this door not need to be ada because it is on a stair?

2. Also, does the handrail need to project 12" into the landing at the top of the stairs or is that only a provision for a stair moving onto a landing below (path of egress?)

Rail on door wall may encroach.

Yes, extension on east side is missing.
