This is my second time testing BDCS. A little bit worried.

One mistake that I found myself: In the roof vignette, I added an unneeded skylight to the W restroom.

You can use part of corridor as 5' turning radius and make your landing a little shallower.

On your stair vignette, I think the 12" handrail extension cannot encroach on pull side clear space.

That would create a major error in this case.

On your stair vignette, I think the 12" handrail extension cannot encroach on pull side clear space.

Rail mounted on door wall may encroach.

assuming that this is 3.o vignette, don't you need a second area of refuge for your stairs vignette?

No. The occupant load is only 110.
