Programs for stair & ramp alternates?

Hello,

The link below is for a post from Coach that provides access to a number stair and ramp alternate .dwg files. Do we simply use the same program from the NCARB software, or are there alternate programs that are available per alternate .dwg file? I cannot find any additional alternate programs via the link below

I have, however, found Sajjad's alternate programs for Sajjad's alternate .dwg files.
