See my attempt below, any comments would be appreciated.

One question, does it matter where the location of the clearstory is placed within the wall? I placed it on the center line but I've also seen where it has been justified to the front finish face.

Isn't that where you usually show a window?

Downspout in front of window. 3rd downspout is unnecessary.
Looks good otherwise.
