Sajjad's roof vignette

Hi Coach, just went over your roof vignette video - very helpful, thank you. Can you please comment on my attempt for Sajjad's roof vignette? I wonder if I missed anything.

I'm not sure what the last part about plumbing vent stack is supposed to mean - "plumbing vent stack for toilet adjacent to Sajjad's office can have a reasonable offset roof" - is what I've drawn ok?

Also wondering if the size of the cricket is ok, and whether the chimney needs to be flashed on all four sides? - it seems the fourth side is within the edge of the roof and therefore should be flashed.
