A shot at the 3.1 version stair- test Monday please comment

From the 3.1 version of the ARE
I interpret the instructions for the AOR "shall be sized to accommodate one wheelchair space of 30" x 48" for each 200 occupants". Since there are 220 occupants on the second floor there needs to be 220/200 or 1.1 AOR spaces. Rounding up to two seems prudent. Am I reading this correctly? :?:
Am I narrowing by stretching the intermediate landing (toward cut stair) or should I add a stairway width landing to make up the length?

Floors:
1- Stairwell 0'
2- Storage 3'
3- Second 13'-6"

33 risers @ 6"
11" Treads
4'-8" Min stair width
92" Min headroom (therefore an easy 10' landing)

No. It's based on stairway load, which is 110.
Allowing for 2 AORs is not an issue since the grader has no way of knowing your intent.

No. Landing size has no affect on required stair width.

Actually, min headroom is 80"; more at doors.

Illegal risers.
What are those large circles for?
Hold rails 2" off walls and edges.

Oh wow! Risers! Forgot to subtract the landing out of the total. Good feedback!
27 risers at 6" this time...
That's what I get trying to hurry through it. Thanks for the tips Coach!
Large circles were me worrying about narrowing the path of travel...

First floor does not require a 66" width.

3' landing is too narrow.
