Stair Design Alt 4 - Comments Appreciated

I set the stairs at 4'-8" wide to account for the 48" of clear space between handrails required per vignette code for accessibility (4" provided for handrails on each side).

Please confirm whether it's acceptable for handrails to enroach 4" into clear floor space (for door clearances) on this vignette.

The exit discharge door has an overhead clearance well beyond the code minimum + 12" for landing depth.

The three stair runs differ in their riser heights slightly (out of necessity. 6.67" vs 6.82", etc. A consequence of dividing the total rise of a run by 7 and rounding up). Please confirm that this is acceptable.
