New trees downwind of the restaurant serve no purpose.
No walk to the HCP parking spaces.
No walk to the public walk.
Huge gap in the winter wind protection for the PP.
OT entry barely visible from Bentley.
Main drive violates the 5' building setback.
Coniferous trees cannot overlap paving. See the tree diagrams to see why.
