Main drive fails to connect to the street. Fatal.
A walk crossing a drive is not continuous as required and is a safety issue.
Why do you have all those new trees upwind of the restaurant?
Restaurant has ZERO view of the pond.
Why did you add new deciduous trees?
Why does the walk to the HCP parking spaces go so far past them?
The restaurant service entry is visible from the PP.
Winter wind protection missing for the NW corner of the PP.

Incorrect number of parking spaces and accessible space size appears incorrect.

Hi, many thanks for the comments. I am using ncarb's website program and guide.

I have some questions:
Which side of the restaurant building would be the one that allows for a view. Ncarb's guide seems to state that it would be the building side.
Regarding walkways, does crossing a drive is prohibited? NCRB also show it like an acceptable solution.
Regarding trees, i used conifers on the NE of the restaurant since the wind arrow is coming from that side and also use trees on the plaza for the same purpose.
Decidious trees were used on the service entrance to cover it. Also explained on Ncarb's guide.

Getting a bit confused about Ncarb's do's and dont's.

Thanks to all for your time!

Long side is best.

No, but it's not the best. Might be a minor error.

Program doesn't say anything about protecting restaurant from wind. Those trees serve no purpose.

and also use trees on the plaza for the same purpose.

OK, but they block restaurant view.

Decidious trees were used on the service entrance to cover it. Also explained on Ncarb's guide.

Uh, no. Deciduous trees don't block views and even of they did, what are you blocking it from with that tree location? They're only used for summer shade and there's no shading requirement in program.

Haha.. after a few more tries i got it. Horrible solutions indeed. I guess i got caught up with the lousy tools and forgot about common sense.
Thanks for the comments!
