SG -
How did you verify the minimum slope?
Don't regrade more than is necessary.

SD-
Main drive fails to connect to the street. Fatal.
New tree at the NW corner of the restaurant partially blocks the view of the pond from the restaurant. Move it upwind across the service drive.
Walks and PP can overlap the entry rectangles on buildings.

How did you verify the minimum slope? Sorry this was not visible before. I measured the distance between the tips of the swale and made sure it was less than 50'. looks okay?
Don't regrade more than is necessary.I see that contour 108' can be slightly less regraded. Where else do you see opportunity?

SD-
Main drive fails to connect to the street. Fatal. My bad. I need to make a better mental and written note of this.
New tree at the NW corner of the restaurant partially blocks the view of the pond from the restaurant. Move it upwind across the service drive. The reason I added the tree because part of service entry rectangle was still visible for PP. See the sketch line I added. Are you saying that when the program states that service entry will be hidden from PP - it means only the point where the entry triangle touches the building perimeter?
Walks and PP can overlap the entry rectangles on buildings.
Sounds good. Do you think slightly overlapping is better versus just touching?

I have the same question for service drives. Is overlapping better/safer than just touching the entry rectangle?
