Any input on my ALT-4 solution is appreciated!

I'm not sure why the tree right in my City Hall entrance wasn't being checked off? I wasn't counting it since it wasn't being marked as taken out, but I hope that's not something that I would get penalized for even though the software is the one making the mistake!
