which is better way to show swale on grading vign

So Ncarbs solution sort of rounds out the swale on the high side of the building. But other places people are making the start of the swale super pointy and thin. See the images. Is one better? Since you cant get a 5' circle in the pointy one does that mean there is no max slope there?
