site design vignette

Ok I keep plugging away at this vignette. anyone see any issues? BTW does anyone know what the min length of the service drive would be? I assumed about 30'.

Reduce the amount of the PP shaded by the OT.
Main drive violates the 5' building setback at the NE corner of the restaurant.
Service drive should be at least a parking space deep.
Service entry is visible from the PP.
Building separation may not be adequate....looks very close.
