site grade vignette

Hi guys,
I'm having a tough time getting the site grading vignette. So I made sure the lines aka a+b is less than 50' around the loco station. I drew 5' sketch circles to show the slope is below the max slope. The 50' circles show the site is above the min of 1:50. Any feedback greatly appreciated.
