Would appreciate a review please

Hi. I'm looking for some input on my go at the NCARB site design vignette please. I know the pedestrian plaza can serve as a walkway, but I would like to be sure it counts to connect the handicap parking. Also looking to verify that my trees for wind block are sufficient. Is this okay?
Thanks in advance!

It looks to me like the HC is not withing the 100'. Im just going by your sketch circle. Its my understanding from Sparky that the entire HC spot has to be within that circle.

You have excessive paving. Rethink service drive

How is that excessive paving? It seems he needs to maintain a separation between buildings you may be able to save a little paving but not much. On that note how important is excessive paving in the scoring realm of things?

I don't think they would consider that excessive paving.

Trees on the NE corner of the restaurant aren't necessary. Personally I don't think it's excessive paving either for what it's worth.
