Why is the restaurant at an odd angle?
Building separation may not be adequate.
New trees at the SW corner of the restaurant are not needed.
Main drive fails to connect to the street. Very likely fatal.

Thanks Sparky,
I just was trying something different w/ the Restaurant angle.
That way I could have the R sort of parallel to the drive.

arent the trees needed at SW corner to block view of service entrance from PP?

I see I messed up on driveway entrance.

Really more of a question.

Are we allowed to place new trees on top of existing trees?

arent the trees needed at SW corner to block view of service entrance from PP? The service entry is ON the building. It faces away from the PP, so how could it be seen by someone on the PP?

I see I messed up on driveway entrance.

Probably yes, not usually necessary.
