Yeah, yours is very similar to mine. I moved my restaurant down, cause I was afraid the cars would block the view of the pond.

I've seen a lot of comments on this forum and it seems like C trees are a bigger concern for blocking views than the parking lot.

I think the trees on the east side of the Restaurant are unnecessary. and some of the coniferous trees on north side of parking lot are blocking view of pond.

Main drive fails to connect to the street. Very likely fatal.
New trees east of the restaurant serve no purpose.
