Restaurant view of the pond limited by new coniferous trees.
HCP parking spaces are not the correct size.
New coniferous trees adjacent to the PP are redundant.
Missing a walk to the public walk.

Restaurant view of the pond limited by new coniferous trees. I've seen this comment quite a few times, and seeing as the solution shows a line from the edge of the restaurant to the pond, and the trees are out of that line, this is still inadequate. Would the correct solution to block the wind be to place the trees up wind, behind the service entry following the shape of the easement? Would that be enough trees to protect the PP from wind?

The program asks for a view of the pond. It does not ask for a partial view of the pond.
