Site grading vignette attempt

Looking for any feedback/critique on my grading vignette-thanks in advance!

Why did you create a 3rd swale with 106, 105 & 104 west of the display?

You mean in the middle of the grades "pointing" to the building? Now that I'm looking back I don't know why I did that. Is the thought if I don't need to touch the grade don't; it's already downhill so doesn't need to swale from the building. How do the grades on the upper/east side of the building look? Thank you for looking.
