Can you please check my solution for this, especially the parking and the plaza layout? Thank you very much.

Main drive overlaps the easement. Major error at the least.
A walk is not continuous when it crosses a drive, and is a safety issue.
Coniferous tree south of the service drive serves no purpose.
Restaurant view of the pond obstructed by new coniferous trees.
Walk and PP overlap the pond setback'
Reduce the amount of the PP shaded by the OT at noon.
Sorry, clearly failing.

Ncarb sample has the sidewalk crossing the drive so I thought it's ok. Thanks for the review.

I fixed the solution. What do you think?

NCARB passing examples contain errors. They're passing, not perfect.
New tree at the NW corner of the restaurant serves no purpose.
Coniferous trees do not have to be adjacent to the PP to block winter winds.

Coniferous tree south of the service drive serves no purpose. How do you block the service door with a tree then? program says block with trees or buildings"

...but would placing the C trees adjacent to the PP hurt our score at all?
