Questions:
1.How's my Restaurant service entrance? Can I make a "turn" like my option?

2.Regarding to "building entrance is visibile to _ street," What if the building is located close to existing deciduous tree, would it be considered "visible"? What is the "safe distance" from existing coniferous tree to be consided "visible".

Coniferous trees block views.

A walk crossing a drive is not continuous as required and is a safety issue.
No pedestrian connection between the PP and OT entry to the HCP parking spaces.
Why do you have a walk to standard parking spaces?
Restaurant view of the pond 50% blocked by new coniferous trees.
Excessive new coniferous trees.
