8000 sf pedetstrian plaza? will take 30 min to draw it

how can you handle that?> took me 10 min to draw a plaza that is 89.44 sf each side

+/- 10% acceptable; +/- 5% better

That would be 800 s.f. from the required size. It's VERY easy to draw it and get within 5 s.f., and it can be any shape.
