Does not work at all.
No pedestrian connection to HCP parking spaces.
OT is not near the pond.
Inadequate building separation.
A walk crosses the service entry.
No pedestrian connection to the restaurant entry.
No need for a second walk to the public walk.
Restaurant view of the pond is marginal
Service entry is visible from the PP.
The 5 new coniferous trees shown serve no purpose.V1/2 the PP has no winter wind protection.
VERY clearly failing.

Thanks for the feedback. I have made another attempt that I hope is better. Please advise.

You need to review the program requirements and I would recommend writing down each requirement and putting a checkbox or something next to them so you can keep track of all of the requirements for the problem. Also spend time to look at the site plan including the legend.

The restaurant has no walkway access.

the accessible parking spots are dead-end

the service driveway is outside of the building limit line for the site

the main driveway looks awfully close to the easement
