The online program does not allow for tree removal... Put something on top of a tree and it's dead.

No connection to the existing road. Fatal.
Service drive violates the 5' building setback.
No need for a walk to standard parking spaces or a drive.
Missing a walk to the public walk.
Inadequate building separation.
Too much of the PP shaded by the OT.
