Site Design Vignette 1 hour 20 minutes

Postby bobarhett13 » Mon Jan 15, 2018 4:26 pm

It's been a while, but I gave it a first run shot. Going with the program that states the buildings should be "close" to one another. Thanks for any help. First thing I noticed AFTER I was done was the service entrance is visible from the drive to the parking lot. I know it should not be visible from the PP, but is the drive acceptable?

Why did you add deciduous trees?
Inadequate building separation. Min 210' clear required.
HCP parking should be entirely within 100' of the OT entry.

Thanks. Two questions:

Do the deciduous trees not block visibility?
I have the HCP parking in the 100', but is does the entry to the OT need to be in the circle or is the triangle at the entry good enough?

Do the deciduous trees not block visibility? No, and even if they did, they would serve no purpose there.

The entry of the Office Tower has a white square and within that white square is a blue triangle. Does my 100' wide sketch circle need to have the blue triangle encompassed, along with the three Handicapped parking spaces, to demonstrate the handicapped parking is within 100'?

Use a 100' radius sketch circle centered at the point where the triangle meets the building. All hcp parking spaces should be within that circle.
