SPD- site design- ncarb practice 2

Postby sk1grl » Sat Jan 06, 2018 3:15 pm

Here is my updated solution with the 210' distance between OT and Restaurant. I am not confident with either the the service entrance or how it connects with the drive. In the directions it states; no dead-ends. Is the service drive considered a dead-end?

Why do you have those sketch circles around existing deciduous trees near the pond?
Why are there two walks to the public walk?
Why are there walks on the north and south sides of the HCP parking spaces?
PP violates the pond setback.
Why are there two new coniferous trees north of the restaurant?
Inadequate building separation.
One row of parking fails to connect to a drive and the other overlaps a drive.
If the restaurant is rotated 90 degrees coutherclockwise, the service drive could be a LOT shorter.
