A walk crossing a drive is not continuous as required and is a safety issue.
Too much of the PP is shaded by the OT.
Restaurant view of the pond is extremely limited.
New tree at the SW corner of the restaurant serves no purpose.
HCP parking should be entirely within 100' of the OT entry.
Main drive overlaps the easement.

How did you verify the MINIMUM slope?
