SEVERE over use of new trees.
Missing a walk to the public walk.
Why did you use PP instead of a walk to connect to the HCP parking space and to the restaurant?
There is no continuous pedestrian connection to the restaurant entry.
The PP does not have to be rectilinear.
The new tree at the SW corner of the restaurant serves no purpose.
NW corner of the PP has no winter wind protection.
Too much of the PP is shaded by the OT.
