How do i know witch lights (fluresent, incandesent,ect )go outside or inside???

Sodium only goes outside.
People don't usually put metal halide inside anymore.
Fluorescent doens't go outside.
LED goes anywhere.
Incandescent is usually a wrong answer, because they're just not used as much anymore.
