Can you guys comment on this design for the site design vignette? Would the main entrance to the OT be considered visible from Bentley Ave.? Much appreciated in advanced!

OT entry is recessed and is not visible from Bentley.
New walk creates a 2nd curb cut...not allowed.
New tree in the easement...not allowed.
New trees north and east of the service drive serve no purpose.
Walk to the HCP parking spaces appears to fail to connect to the PP.
Forcing service vehicles through the parking area is poor design logic.

When the question asked to have entry visible from a certain street, does it mean it has to be facing that street? Is diagonally visible acceptable? Just as what is drawn in this post.

Thank you @Sparky83! I did it again with some variations to the original design.

@ jyll. I have searched for an answer on this as well and have not found a definitive response. The consensus seems to be that the best solution is to face the entry directly towards the street to avoid doubt or a different interpretation of "visible" when graded.

Inadequate building separation.

@ppagliani previous comments regarding two curb cut not allowed, it might means that you can divert the side walk to Achedemy street instead.

NO. It means the walk should stop at the existing walk and NOT extend into the street.
