Testing Soon! Site Design Attempt 2 - releaze

Postby releaze » Wed Nov 01, 2017 6:15 am

I have tweaked my original layout to separate more fully the service and parking. The program doesn't say this is a requirement but real world common sense says do this so I thought I'd give it a try.
Can the service drive align to any side of the service entry "pad"?
Can walkways be used to connect the service drive and service entry?
I have also tried to be more methodical with use of trees to protect wind and to fully envelope the handicapped parking within the 100' rule.
Thoughts?

Can the service drive align to any side of the service entry "pad"? No, and it violated the 5' building setback.
Can walkways be used to connect the service drive and service entry? No.
I have also tried to be more methodical with use of trees to protect wind and to fully envelope the handicapped parking within the 100' rule. Use a 100' radius sketch circle centered at the OT entry.
Thoughts?
