There are gaps in the winter wind protection for the PP.
Coniferous trees should never overlap paving. See the tree diagram.
Why are there 2 walks to the public walk?
The new tree south of the service drive serves no purpose.
HCP parking should be entirely within 100' of the OT entry.

Thanks sparky, I see now, tricky wording on connecting to public way, I realize now a better reading is only one connection. I also see now that the deciduous trees wouldn’t block wind very well and my pp could have been routed cleaner to avoid the service view. HPC is fully within 100’, that sketch rectangle was deleted in the flurry.
