Can I appeal this score?!

Hello,

I took SPD last year, and unfortunately got a fail. I am now planning to take CDS next month, but can't get over how close I came to passing this test. I know I'm not the only one dealing with this but I'm dreading having to restudy everything for SPD, and next time failing a vignette, or another category. I'm also wondering, since I failed the Project and Practice Management, what resources do you guys recommend I study to grow my knowledge in this area for the next exam? I would really appreciate feedback.
