Site Design Vignette (210' separation)

First Site Design share. Test in one week and would love feedback.

Questions/Assumptions:
1) There is a bit of plaza that is both blocked from sun by the office and not wind protected to allow view to Bentley Ave. My assumption is that those are minor deductions that wouldn't fail the vignette.
2) I'm allowing 5' wide space for conifers. a) is there a minimum width for tree planting?, b) am I hindering my walking path from accessible parking spots?
3) My understanding is that the service drive should branch out from the main drive before the parking lot, so that service never enters a parking area. Is this the case for all vignettes?
4) I used the technique of drawing the parking drive aisles from 4 different drives. Seems to really allow better editing. Any pitfalls to this technique?
