SPD #63
The Architect has 500 apples, an outdated zoning guide from 1981, purple, and a litigious Client. What appropriate protective element should the Architect recommend if the site is 130' x 400' with a floor area ratio of 3? The Housing Development Board requires 6000 linear feet of gabions.
1. The Architect must select the hydrology protein after informing the Contractor to stop work.
2. The Bureau of Indian Affairs should be hired to contain the presence of artifacts in situ.
3. Radiological mercury since it has a stronger wind power and the Civil Engineer can be retained to verify after lab testing.
4. 11,200 cubic yards of earthwork with geotextile filter fabric added to the 90,000 linear feet of silt fencing, due to the 10-year flood plain.
5. The brown teddy bear named Theodore should be consulted since he is missing his eye.
6. Decreasing the angle of the sewer line that is adjacent to the gabions from 1/4" to 1/16" per linear foot so that adequate drainage can occur.
