OT entry is not visible from Bentley.
Inadequate building separation. MAJOR error. 210' clear between the buildings required.
The new tree at the NE corner of the restaurant serves no purpose.

Maybe Im using an older NCARB program. My program states that restaurant and office should be close with a 20' min. setback. And the tree at the NE corner was used to block the view of service entry from the pedestrian plaza.

I think when they say service entry they're talking about the building entrance but not the driveway. From what I've seen that doesn't have to be hidden, but correct me if I'm wrong.

The older program was replaced in 2013. It's really important to use the latest version.
The service entry is on the north face of the restaurant. No way for a person on the PP to see it.
